Will Thompson

Will Thompson has over a decade of work experience in various industries. Will started their career as a Lighting & Video Technician with Up With People in 2010, where they ensured the artistic integrity of lighting and video designs during world tours. In 2012, they joined the National Center for Atmospheric Research as a Technology Specialist, focusing on improving presentation methods for climate research findings. During this time, they also worked as a Lighting Director at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, enhancing the concert experience at the Pepsi Center. In 2013, Will joined AP-Live, serving as a Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and Team Lead Account Executive. Will was responsible for driving strategic account growth, building partnerships, and executing clients' events.
