David Shear has extensive experience in operations management within the sports and leisure sector. Currently serving as Area Manager and Operations Manager for both Inspiring Learning and Camp Beaumont since August 2019, David has previously held the role of Head of Operations at 5aside.org and Netbusters from June 2018 to August 2019. Prior to this, David managed regional operations for Fit For Sport from October 2012 to January 2018, overseeing significant financial portfolios and business development efforts. Additional roles include Business Development Manager at Creare Design and Assistant Manager at Orange Rooms Southampton. David's commitment to community engagement is evident through involvement with various organizations, such as Surrey County Cricket Club and SA Cares for Life. David graduated from Solent University in 2005.
