Jo Burston is the Founder and CEO of Inspiring Rare Birds, a company that creates social and economic impact through mentorship, funding, storytelling, community, and partnerships. Alongside Inspiring Rare Birds, Jo also founded and manages Job Capital, a salary packaging and migration firm, as well as Startup Business International and ClaimYourTax.com. Currently, Jo serves as Chapter Chair, Athena Chair, and Membership Chair at YPO.
