Darlene Klamerus

Darlene Klamerus has a strong background in senior living and healthcare management. Darlene started their career as a Base Service Unit Supervisor at TURTLE CREEK VALLEY MENTAL HEALTH MENTAL RETARDATION, INC., where they led a team of case managers and wrote proposals for new service delivery initiatives. Darlene then became a Regional Director at Step By Step, Inc., overseeing operations in the western region and spearheading efforts to attain and maintain CARF accreditation. Klamerus later worked at Sunrise Senior Living, where they held roles as an Executive Director and Sr. Executive Director, driving operational success and maximizing organizational success through strategic planning and leadership. Darlene then joined Elmcroft Senior Living as a Regional Director Of Operations, where they provided leadership and oversight to a portfolio of 15 communities and implemented various strategies to improve marketing, revenue growth, and employee development. Klamerus continued to excel in the senior living industry and took on a role as a District Director of Operations at Brookdale, responsible for directing the overall operations of 10 communities in Pennsylvania. Currently, they serve as the Regional Director of Operations at Inspirit Senior Living.

Darlene Klamerus holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from California University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 1979 and 1981. Darlene also obtained a Master's degree in Business Management from PennWest California between 1995 and 1998.
