Jonathan Thompson

Jonathan Thompson has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Jonathan started their career at The Gardens of Western Reserve in 2009 as an Assistant Director of Nursing, where they stayed until 2016. Jonathan then moved up to become the Director of Nursing at the same company until 2018. In 2018, Jonathan joined Inspirit Senior Living as a Resident Wellness Director and later progressed to become an Executive Director. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Director of Training and Development and is currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations since 2023 at Inspirit Senior Living.

Jonathan Thompson attended Landmark in 2019 where they studied Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Prior to that, they attended The Akron School of Practical Nursing from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Licensed Practical Nurse with a field of study in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing. In addition to their education, they have certifications as a Certified Dementia Practitioner from the NATIONAL COUNCIL OF CERTIFIED DEMENTIA PRACTITIONERS, LLC in 2010 and as a Nurses, Registered And Licensed Practical, Re-Entry from the Ohio Board of Nursing in 2008.
