Ryan Mccarthy

Ryan McCarthy has a diverse work experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. Ryan started working as a Nursing Professional at ABLE PALMS HOME HEALTH in 2016 and continued in that role until 2018. In 2018, they joined Tarantino Properties, Inc. as an Assisted Living Director. In 2019, they moved to Brookdale as an Executive Director, where they managed the budget and ensured compliance. Later in 2019, they transitioned to Inspirit Senior Living, first as an Executive Director and then as the Regional Director of Operations.

Ryan McCarthy attended Galen College of Nursing from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a degree in nursing. Ryan then pursued their education at Saint Petersburg College from 2014 to 2016, earning an associate's degree in health sciences. In addition to their educational background, Ryan has obtained certifications including Assisted Living Administrator from the ELDER AFFAIRS, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF in 2018, and an Extended Congregate Care Training Certificate from the Florida Assisted Living Association.
