Sadhana Kumari

Sadhana Kumari is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Generalist at InspironLabs since April 2021. Sadhana's career in recruitment began as an Information Technology Recruiter at PITCS from January 2021 to March 2021, and prior experience includes a short tenure at Bajaj Finserv focusing on employee engagement and retention in late 2019. Sadhana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the International School of Management and Science, Bangalore, completed in 2020, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Physical Sciences from Veer Kunwar Singh University, Arrah, obtained in 2016, and completed intermediate studies in Engineering Science from the same university between 2011 and 2013.
