Sylena McClendon has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sylena started their career at American Telemarketing Specialist in 1995 as a Confirmation Operator, where they quickly advanced to the conformation center and took on responsibilities such as reviewing orders and training new sales representatives. In 1996, they joined Nasr Jewelers as a Store Manager, where they demonstrated exceptional productivity and business knowledge, leading to their rapid promotion. During their time there, they were responsible for various tasks such as recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. In 2002, they transitioned to The TharpeRobbins Company as a Regional Sales Director, overseeing the North Texas and Oklahoma sales territory. Sylena'srole involved managing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, prospecting for new accounts, and leading in the RFP process. Finally, since 2011, they have been working at Inspirus, LLC as the Director of Client Services.
