Willi Ibbeken is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in product development and innovation within the technology and travel sectors. As Co-Founder and Product lead at YGO GmbH since September 2022, Willi is focused on disrupting the travel industry through hyper-personalized AI-driven trips. Concurrently, since April 2020, Willi has been Co-Founder and Product lead at Venture Wizards, guiding founders in product development and customer acquisition. Prior experience includes Co-Founder and Product lead at Inspora (2016-2020), where a suite of AI-driven solutions was developed, and participation in the EXIST Business Start-up Grant initiative at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (2016), fostering innovative technology startups. Willi's career also features roles at upday for Samsung (2015-2016) as a Working Student in Product, contributing to Europe's leading news app, and a previous position at Axel Springer SE (2012-2013) as a Working Student. Willi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Science from the University of Potsdam.
