Emma Kurki is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in various roles. Currently serving as Recruitment Lead and previously as Recruitment Specialist at Insta since February 2020, Emma has played a significant role in fostering a safe and competitive society within a global environment. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup Solutions, focusing on talent sourcing for notable clients, conducting personality assessments, and engaging in employment branding. Emma has also held roles as a Researcher and Junior Consultant Manager at Studentwork Finland, a Career Coach at Spring House Oy, and a Corporate Affairs Coordinator and Event Coordinator at the Student Union of the University of Tampere. Earlier career experiences include product sales coordination at Amnesty International and various sales and customer service positions. Emma Kurki holds a Master’s Degree in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Tampere and a Bachelor's degree in Jewellery and Product Design from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
