Iiro Pihlajaniemi

Iiro Pihlajaniemi is a seasoned professional in Business Intelligence and Analytics, currently serving as Team Lead and Solution Lead at Insta since September 2021, overseeing a BI & Analytics team and leading BI/DW solution development. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Intelligence Developer at Visma Consulting Oy, where responsibilities encompassed BI solution development and project management, and as a Business Analyst at Santander Consumer Finance Oy, focusing on data analysis and reporting for the consumer lending team. Iiro has a strong technical background in Azure services, Power Platform, and MS on-premise BI stack, complemented by foundational experience in retail sales. Iiro holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Knowledge Management from Tampere University of Technology.
