Wagner de Jesus Bonfim has over 28 years of work experience. Wagner de Jesus began their career in 1992 as a Foreign Trade Analyst at Campo Belo S/a Ind. Textil. In 1997, they moved to Syngenta as a Nutrade Integrated Crop Solution Manager, followed by Barter Export Service Manager, Barter Manager Sugar Cane and Fruits, and Barter Manager Seeds Brazil. In 2018, they were a Commercial | Barter | Trading Manager while in career transition supported by Lee Hecht Harrison. Wagner de Jesus then became a Business Process, Credit and Barter Consultant at Indigo, and currently serves as Head Commercial at InstaAgro.

Wagner de Jesus Bonfim began their education in 1995 at Universidade Ibirapuera, where they studied Foreign Trade until 1998.
