Hinke Kuipers

Hinke Kuipers has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2009, they started working as a Coach/Trainer/Instructor at Zeilschool It Beaken, where they stayed for almost a decade until 2018. In 2019, they joined Zeilschool It Beaken and worked as a Trainee in Supply Chain Management & Procurement at Yacht. In the same year, they also held a role as PMO Data Protection & Information Security at Randstad. Currently, they are working at Budbee, starting as a Routing Specialist from August 2019 to January 2021. They then progressed to become a Routing Team Lead from January 2021 to December 2021, and later became a Routing Manager from November 2021 to September 2022. Finally, in September 2022, they assumed the position of Head of Last Mile Operations at Budbee.

Hinke Kuipers completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Bedrijfskunde/Business Management/Bedrijfsmanagement from the University of Groningen from 2012 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Transport & Supply Chain Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2017 to 2018. In 2016 to 2017, Hinke also participated in an exchange semester at IÉSEG School of Management. They obtained additional certifications such as Zeilinstructeur Niveau 4 from CWO in September 2018, RYA Coastal Skipper from Costa Blanca Sailing in August 2017, and Autismevriendelijke coach from Auticomm. autisme en communicatie in September 2013.
