Mentor Pllana has extensive work experience as a founder and CEO. Mentor served as Chief Executive Officer at InstaBuilt starting in 2018. Prior to that, they founded and served as CEO of FINGERMAKET, Inc. since 2015, where they developed an online business platform. Before that, Mentor founded and was the Managing Director of BP HOME INVEST LLC in 2011 and Bp Home Investment in 1999.

Mentor Pllana obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Business from the University of Ljubljana - Slovenia, from the years 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they received a certification in "Smarter Cities: Using Data to Drive Urban Innovation" from LinkedIn in the year 2019.
