Dmitry Solomadin

Dmitry Solomadin is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Instacart since January 2020, where leadership includes overseeing teams in the Ads organization and driving the development of Display Ads through cross-functional collaboration. As a CTO and co-founder of Faster Than Light, Dmitry scaled the engineering team from inception to 30 members while ensuring timely delivery of quality software. Dmitry's previous experience includes technical leadership roles at Shopify, Rails Reactor, Skwibl, Butlr, Inc., Ciklum, Shroggle, and Worldapp, focusing on both backend development and team management across various software projects. Dmitry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management Systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', earned between 2005 and 2009.
