Lily Zhang is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and software development. Currently serving as VP and Head of Engineering at Caper AI within Instacart, Lily has played a pivotal role in scaling the engineering team and expanding business operations. Previously, as a Senior Director of Engineering, Lily managed diverse teams and projects integral to Shopper and Fulfillment Tech.
