Mostafa A.

Mostafa A. is a Senior Software Engineer at Instacart since July 2018. Prior to this role, Mostafa worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in Health Informatics at The University of Iowa from August 2015 to May 2018, contributing to the Advanced Pulmonary Physiomic Imaging Lab by developing a virtual-reality user interface and exploring convolutional neural networks for lung volume classification. Mostafa's experience also includes serving as a Full Stack Developer at webkeyz from 2010 to July 2015, where website and mobile application development was a primary focus. Earlier in Mostafa's career, contributions were made to Joomla! as a Summer of Code Student during the summers of 2008 and 2009, resulting in the creation of a WYSIWYG form editor and a Workflow Extension. Mostafa holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree from Al-Azhar University, completed in 2009.
