Fabián Martínez Reyes

Fabián Martínez Reyes has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Fabián started in 2012 as an Assistant Technician at Centro Regional de Estudios Agronómicos Universidad de Chile, UCHILE CREA. In 2014, they worked as a Supervisor of Operations at Chacabuco Quality Grapes S.A. where they supervised field and packing processes for table grape production.

Fabián also worked as an Asesor Profesional at UCHILE CREA in 2014, where they assisted in a research project on efficient water and energy use in the production of pisquera grapes.

In 2016, Fabián joined CAPEL as an Agrónomo, providing professional advice to associated producers in agricultural tasks such as irrigation control and fertilization for pisquera grape production. Fabián also coordinated harvest activities and monitored production estimates.

Around the same time, Fabián also took on the roles of Agronomic Manager and Chief Agronomist at Instacrops. The details of these roles were not specified, but it can be inferred that they involved agronomic management and leadership responsibilities.
