Nikos Bouas

Nikos Bouas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nikos began their career as an Android Developer at the SNF Centre for Hellenic Studies in 2018 and 2020. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer at Programize LLC. In 2021, they joined Hummingbird Technologies Ltd as a Machine Learning Intern and later became a Data Scientist until 2022. Currently, they are a Research Engineer (Applied RL) at InstaDeep Ltd, starting in 2023.

Nikos Bouas has pursued a diverse educational background. From 2020 to 2021, they attended Imperial College London, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computing, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2020, they attended the National Technical University of Athens, where they completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Before entering university, Nikos attended the 1st Geniko Lykeio of Igoumenitsa from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained the Apolytirio of Geniko Lykeio, which includes Pan-hellenic exams.

In addition to their formal education, Nikos also holds various certifications. In 2018, they completed the Android Developer Nanodegree offered by Google through Udacity. In 2017, they obtained the Android Basics Nanodegree, also provided by Google and Udacity. Furthermore, in 2011, they earned the Goethe-Zertifikat B2 from the Goethe-Institut e.V. and the Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE) from the University of Michigan.
