Shefali Shandilya, MBA, Assoc. CIPD has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shefali began their career at Ideas Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2009 as an HR and Admin executive, where they gained experience in HR and administrative tasks. In 2010, they joined Capgemini and held multiple roles, including Project Coordinator and HR - North America People Process Team. In these positions, they demonstrated strong project coordination skills, financial analysis abilities, and stakeholder management expertise. Additionally, they oversaw various HR processes, such as onboarding, induction, and background verification. Shefali worked at Capgemini until 2017.

Afterwards, Shefali joined Beam ABA Services as a Service Coordinator, where they coordinated services and managed client relationships. Shefali held this position from 2019 until 2022. Later in 2022, they joined Murphy Geospatial as a Human Resources Administrator, where they provided support across the employee lifecycle and managed vetting/compliance processes.

Currently, Shefali is working at InstaDeep Ltd as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on Operations and Finance. Shefali started at the company in October 2022.
