Nikolai Gulatz

Nikolai Gulatz has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Nikolai began their career as a Freelancer in 2012, where they worked as a Full Stack Developer until 2017. In 2016, they joined launchwerk GmbH as a Ruby on Rails Developer. After a year, they joined Instaffo in 2017 as a Software Engineer, and later became the CTO in September 2019. Nikolai held the position of CTO and Managing Director starting from August 2021 at Instaffo.

Nikolai Gulatz pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from 2012 to 2017 at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they acquired certifications in Behavioral Design from HelloDesign in February 2023 and License to Lead from CoA Academy in August 2021.
