Bernadette has been the CEO of Insta Communications GmbH since 2018, a Member of the Startup Committee for the Austrian Federal Ministry of Digital and Economic Affairs since 2020, an Advisory Board Member for Social Business Club Styria since 2020, a Strategic Team Lead Austria for Global Entrepreneurship Monitor since 2017, a Senior Lecturer for International Strategy & Entrepreneurship for FH JOANNEUM - Institute of International Management since 2006, a Lecturer for (Female) Entrepreneurship, MBA for International School of Management, Germany since 2021, a Lecturer for (Female) Entrepreneurship for Universität Graz since 2019, and a Senior Consultant for International Strategic Management & EU Project Coordinator for FH JOANNEUM since 2006.

Bernadette Frech obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing from Aston Business School between 2010 and 2017.
