Sarbojit Mallick

Sarbojit Mallick has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder of Instahyre in December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of GlobalShiksha.com from March 2017 to November 2017. Before entering the startup world, Sarbojit co-founded and worked at TripHippie from January 2016 to March 2017. Sarbojit also worked as a Consultant at Bristlecone from June 2014 to December 2015. Sarbojit gained experience in Marketing Strategy as an intern at Dassault Systemes from April 2013 to June 2013. Additionally, they worked as an Engineer at M.N Dastur & Co (P) Ltd from August 2011 to June 2012. Sarbojit's earliest work experience was at Jindal Stainlees Steel (JSL Stainless Ltd.) as an Associate Manager from July 2009 to August 2011, where they successfully led a team in a large-scale project and managed the supply chain for electrical and automation equipment.

Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they attended the National Institute of Technology Durgapur and earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering.

In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained two certifications. In August 2012, they received the ZENeSYS Consulting Certification from ZENeSYS. In January 2023, they obtained a certification titled "How to Create Perfect Job Descriptions" from Instahyre.
