Bas Groot serves as the Vice President of Sales EMEA at Instaleap, a SaaS platform enabling grocers to optimize their e-commerce deliveries effectively. With a proven track record of driving growth in the grocery retail sector, Bas has helped over 80 grocery chains across 20+ countries enhance their last-mile delivery efficiency. Prior experience includes leading global business development at Virtuagym, where responsibilities encompassed team management, strategy development, and pipeline growth. Bas also held various sales roles, including Senior Sales Account Executive and Head of Sales for NEO Health, where successful product launches were achieved. An early career at Ford Nederland B.V. provided foundational experience in marketing within the commercial vehicles sector. Bas holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and additional studies at the University of Valencia.
