Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Installation Made Easy, Inc. since May 2023, Clifford previously held the role of Director of Technology at Apex Invest, where a significant shift to an Agile mindset was achieved, enhancing deployment practices and data-driven decision-making. Prior experience includes key positions at FreedomPay, Energage, NextDocs, and ConnectEDU, with a proven track record in leading development initiatives, expanding product features, and improving system performance. Clifford holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.

These home improvement projects are fulfilled by a nationwide network of independent certified contractors who provide marketing, sales, product procurement, delivery and/or installation services using IME’s software platform to ensure a consistent process that delivers real value and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. IME currently supports home improvement programs for a number of leading national retailers, covering a wide array of products including flooring, countertops, HVAC, kitchen and bath remodeling, windows, siding, roofing, water heaters, and water treatment.
