Brian Cote has extensive work experience in the spray foam industry. Brian started their career at FOAM TECH in 1998 as a Master Technician, Site Supervisor, and Project Manager, working on residential and commercial projects across a wide geographical area. Brian then joined Demilec USA LLC in 2010 as a Technical Support Representative before becoming a Territory Manager and Technical Support for the North Eastern United States. In 2013, Brian joined Installed Building Products as the Vice President of Spray Foam Operations where they were responsible for various aspects including sales, training, quality assurance, code compliance, and reconstruction of Branch organizations. During their tenure, they successfully increased foam sales by 30% in the first year.

Brian Cote has a diverse education history. In 2010, they obtained a Demilec USA Certification as a Certified Installer in Spray Foam Insulation. In 2008, they attended the Lincare School on Selling Techniques. In 2006, they completed various OSHA courses and earned a 10-hour Certification. In 2005, they received a certification from ABBA as a Master Installer. In 2004, they obtained an Icynene Certification as an Installer. In 1998, Brian attended the QP3 Management School. Furthermore, they attended the Drill Sergeant Academy in 1993, the Lee Dubois Selling Techniques program in 1991, and the Army Recruiter School in 1990. Brian'seducation in the military includes attending the Special Forces School in 1988, the Military Master Fitness School in 1988, the Military Advanced Non-Commissioned Officers School in 1987, the Military Basic Non-Commissioned Officers School in 1985, the Military Primary Leadership School in 1984, the NATO Military Customs Inspector School in 1983, the Special Reaction School (SRT) in 1982, and the Military Police School from 1980 to 1981. Additionally, Brian has received various lift certifications.
