Yeshfana Taylor, MSA, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Partner at Installed Building Products since February 2023, Yeshfana previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Vision Home Health Care, LLC from July 2013 to September 2022, where responsibilities included recruitment, training, and counseling of healthcare professionals. Additional experience includes working as an Assistant Grader at Kumon North America, Inc., and as Supervisor of the Research Department at Garden City Group, managing civil suit claims research. Yeshfana holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
