Dylan Wergelis-Isaacson

Dylan Wergelis-Isaacson has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Dylan worked as a Baseball Instructor at Foxchase Baseball Academy from July 2011 to August 2012. From 2014 to 2015, Dylan served as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Delaware. In 2015, they interned as a Process Engineering Intern at Edgewell Personal Care, where they implemented an improved packaging glue system. At the University of Delaware, Dylan worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from June 2016 to August 2016, focusing on the effects of Cerebral Palsy on young children's gait. Dylan also worked as a Design Project Manager from September 2016 to May 2017, where they received the SB3C award for developing a low-cost, durable wheelchair medical device for athletic training. Dylan gained industry experience as a Quality Assurance Consultant at Barclays from December 2017 to July 2018, leading a software triage unit and presenting quality metrics to the management team. Dylan then joined Entech, where they worked as a Consultant at Johnson and Johnson from July 2018 to February 2021, advising senior leadership on innovation programs and developing augmented reality solutions. Currently, Dylan is a Product Manager at InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company, starting in February 2021.
