Hillary Lorenzo

Hillary Lorenzo's work experience includes multiple roles in different companies. Hillary started their career as a Sales Associate at Aeropostale in November 2014 and worked there until February 2016. In April 2018, they joined Starbucks as a Barista, where they excelled in customer service, received formal recognition for their performance, and became the designated trainer for new hires. In October 2019, they were promoted to Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where they managed employees, adjusted work schedules, and ensured smooth operations during peak hours. In August 2020, they transitioned to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate Banker. In this role, they guided and facilitated client interactions, received positive client surveys, and provided digital support. Presently, they are employed at InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company, as an Onboarding Specialist, starting in September 2022.

Hillary Lorenzo attended University Heights High School from 2012 to 2016. After completing high school, they went on to study Pre-Nursing Studies at Camden County College from 2017 to 2019.
