Meghnaa Joshi has a diverse work experience across various industries. Meghnaa started their career as an MBA summer intern at NTPC, Noida in 2015. Following that, they joined Jana Small Finance Bank as an Assistant Manager, where they managed a team of 35 members in the assets department and was responsible for driving marketing and sales of financial products. In 2018, they joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as a Strategic Alliances Manager, where they gained a good understanding of industry trends and challenges. Meghnaa reviewed organizations to determine their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, and added value to the company by extending its accounts to partners. Currently, they are working at Instamojo in partnerships and business operations.
Meghnaa Joshi completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance from Delhi University between 2009 and 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad, from 2014 to 2016. In 2019 and 2020, they attended the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, where they completed an Executive Development Program in Strategies for International Business.
In terms of additional certifications, in October 2020, Meghnaa obtained certifications in Business Intelligence for Consultants, Solving Business Problems, and Strategic Thinking, all from LinkedIn. Meghnaa also received a certification in Strategy for Management Consultants & Business Analysts from Udemy in November 2020. In April 2021, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Strategic Partnerships from LinkedIn in May 2021. Furthermore, Meghnaa is also working towards obtaining a certification in Foundation of Project Management by Google, which they are expected to obtain in February 2023.
