Shefali Chaurasia

Shefali Chaurasia has extensive work experience in the field of technical recruitment. Shefali started their career at Acko in 2018 as an HR Recruiter, where they were responsible for managing the entire hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. In 2019, they moved to Skillenza and took on the role of a Senior Technical Recruiter, utilizing a challenge model to help companies find the right talent. During their time at Skillenza, they also held the position of Lead Technical Recruiter. Currently, Shefali is working at Instamojo as a Technical Recruiter, a role they assumed in 2021.

Shefali Chaurasia completed their Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Dr. Hari Singh Gaur University between the years 2009 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Tech Recruitment Certification from hirist.com in June 2020.
