Dorota Szymanski has over 10 years of work experience. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at ING Bank Śląski as a Trainer and Customer Advisor. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at LightHouse Consulting & Training as a Trainer and Consultant. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at IPT Call Center Sp z o.o as an HR Manager and Trainer. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Medicus Aparatura i Instrumenty as a Qualitätsmanager. In this role, they had direct reporting to the board and was responsible for process control. Dorota also optimized sales processes, restructured the company structure, optimized the CRM system, and developed and implemented regular controls to ensure process efficiency. Additionally, they developed and established quality standards, managed recruitment, and developed and implemented training concepts. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been working at InstaMotion Retail GmbH as a Project Manager, Disposition & Sourcing, Product Manager, and Process Manager.

Dorota Szymanski obtained a Master of Arts in Classical Guitar from The Karol Lipinski Academy of Music in Wroclaw between 2002 and 2006. During this time, they also attended WSB University in Wroclaw, studying Marketing/Marketing Management, General from 2003 to 2006.
