Dr. Nikola Dešković has worked in a variety of roles since 1994. Dr. Nikola began their career as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in 1994. In 1998, they became the CEO and Founder of AutoScout24 GmbH. In 2005, they joined the Scout24 Group as a Mitgleid des Corporate board. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as Managing Director International at bettermarks GmbH. In 2016, they became a Member of the Supervisory Board at both Mountain Alliance and ThinxNet. Since 2017, they have been a Changemaker & Investor at Learnlife, as well as an Investor at ND doo. Most recently, in 2019, they became the CEO and Investor at InstaMotion Retail GmbH.
Dr. Nikola Dešković obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1993. Prior to that, they obtained their Dipl. Ing from the University of Split, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy in 1988. Dr. Nikola also obtained a Dipl. Ing, MSc, PhD certification from MIT in June of 1991.
