Jack Anderson

Jack Anderson has worked in the software engineering industry since 2001. Their first role was as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Axiom Systems in 2001. Jack then moved to STL Technologies Limited in 2003 as a Lead Automation Engineer. In 2005, Jack joined HM Revenue & Customs as a Performance Test Engineer. In 2008, they were promoted to Team Lead / Senior Software Engineer in Test / TestOps at Willis Towers Watson. In 2017, Jack joined BGL Group as a Practice Lead and Secondmind as Head of Quality Assurance. In 2021, they took on the role of Principal QA Engineer at Improbable (Defence) and, in 2022, they became the Head of QA at INSTANDA. Throughout their career, Jack has provided leadership and direction on engineering strategies and approaches, built and mentored highly technical QA engineering teams, and coached and mentored a large community of QA engineers.

Jack Anderson attended the University of Reading from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry.
