Kostyantyn Tolstopyat

Kostyantyn Tolstopyat is the founder and CEO of InStandart, a custom software development company based in Ukraine. Kostyantyn has over 5 years of experience in managing the full project lifecycle and developing solutions for various industries such as e-commerce, real estate, hospitality, and education. Prior to starting InStandart, they worked as an independent IT consultant, a product manager at Luxena, and a CTO at Stalkersoft. Kostyantyn also held the position of CTO at Postindustria and Chief Technology Officer of Kherson Office at DataArt. Additionally, they worked at Aricent as a senior technical leader and technical leader. Kostyantyn'swork experience spans from 2005 to the present.
