Tricia Barrera

Tricia Barrera currently serves as a Senior Executive Assistant to the COO at Instant Brands since January 2023. With a diverse career, Tricia has been the Owner of Perfection Beauty Boutique since October 2013 and previously held the position of Lead Esthetician at Benefit Cosmetics from May 2012 to September 2013, where responsibilities included training new employees and specializing in waxing and tinting. Earlier experience includes working as an Inside Channel Account Representative at NEC from June 2010 to May 2012. Tricia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University and a license in esthetics from Naperville Skin Institute.
