James Windhorst

James Windhorst has extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, and customer service. James currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global Supply Chain at Instant Brands since April 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Eastern Regional Distribution Center & Customer Service at Corelle Brands LLC starting from February 2019. From November 2016 to November 2016, they served as the Senior Director of Logistics & Customer Service at World Kitchen, LLC, and before that, as the Global Director of Transportation & Logistics from October 2000 to November 2016. Their early career includes roles as the Distribution Center Operations Director/Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force from January 1981 to October 2010, the Account Manager & On-Site Account Engineer at Case New Holland (CNH) from January 1996 to January 2000, and the Senior Service Team Leader at Schneider Transport from January 1992 to January 1996.

James Windhorst completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from New Mexico State University from 1982 to 1987. James later obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the same institution at an undisclosed time. In addition, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in March 2005.
