Charlie Etheridge is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Instant Impact since March 2021, and additionally holding the same title at NatCen Social Research since April 2022. Previously, Charlie worked with Corndel as a Talent Partner, and had a brief stint at John Lewis & Partners as a Resourcing Coordinator. Prior experience includes a Consultant role at Orka Financial and a Recruitment Consultant position at Firefly, a specialist finance and accounting recruitment firm. Charlie began the career as a Sales Negotiator at FOUNDATIONS INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS LIMITED and initially worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Christopher Benn. Education was completed at The Oratory School from 2008 to 2013.
