Previously, Gemma held the position of Associate Director at EMEA Recruitment from November 2019 to May 2024, where responsibilities included negotiating salaries, headhunting, and assessing candidates. Earlier roles included Associate Consultant and various administrative positions across several companies. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Hull, completed in 2018, and has a foundational education from St George’s School Harpenden.
