Michael van Niekerk is a seasoned Talent Partner currently serving at Shakespeare Martineau since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role with Instant Impact from January 2022, where Michael contributed to talent acquisition for SMEs through a globally recognized RPO provider. Michael also held the position of Talent Partner at Octopus Energy during the same period. Prior to these roles, Michael was a Resourcing Consultant at Logic 360 from March 2021 to January 2022. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of South Africa, earned between 2018 and 2020.
