Prior roles at SG Gaming included leading content delivery for a new gaming cabinet type in the UK, managing software platforms for Fixed Odds Betting Terminals, and enhancing delivery processes in collaboration with Videobet. Earlier experience includes roles in quality assurance and testing at The Global Draw, where Simon coordinated system and content testing and ensured compliance. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Solent University, attained between 2001 and 2004.
