Founded in 1995, Instantic brings decades of experience in fuel card operations and payment systems. In 2013, we launched Europe's first code-based, cardless fueling authorization, proving that physical cards and PINs are no longer required to run secure, large-scale fuel programs.

That proven foundation evolved into 𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲™ — a secure, mobile-first authorization solution built to deliver measurable business value:

🚚 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀
• Eliminate card fraud and misuse, skimming, and PIN sharing
• Provide real-time visibility and control over who fuels, where, and how much
• Reduce admin workload with instant onboarding and automated transaction data

💳 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗿𝘀
• Cut costs linked to card issuance, replacement, and fraud exposure
• Enable a fast transition to digital, cardless payments without rebuilding legacy systems
• Accelerate time-to-market for new, competitive fuel payment services

⛽️ 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 & 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀
• Increase B2B traffic by accepting cardless, cross-border fleets
• Enable open-loop acceptance without hardware replacement
• Unlock new commercial partnerships and revenue streams

⚙️ 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀
• Add cardless acceptance through a single, future-proof, low-impact integration
• Simplify multi-issuer support in an open-loop environment
• Strengthen relevance as the industry moves beyond cards

With over 1M+ cardless transactions processed annually and 20.000+ drivers live, we help the industry move beyond simply digitizing cards toward truly connected, interoperable fuel payments.
