Romita Das is the current head of field marketing at InstaSafe. Romita has over two years of experience in the IT security industry, having previously worked as the field marketing head for Check Point Software Technologies. In this role, they were responsible for planning and executing the territory marketing plan, a combination of programs from marketing through events, campaigns, social media marketing, webinar, PR to accelerate the CheckPoint IT security Solutions offerings in local market.
Das is also experienced in managing MDF budgeting and fund allocation based on each activity, as well as partner and distributor COOP processes. Romita has a proven track record of generating leads and getting involved in the "lead nurture process" to track the exact closure of the lead in the system.
In their current role at InstaSafe, Das is responsible for creating marketing plans for every quarter that includes digital and offline campaigns with ROI. Romita also ensures that leads details are imported into Salesforce, and monitors closely to partners’ co-op projects to ensure they are planned and executed in a cost-effective way with evaluation after activities are done.
Romita Das has a degree in Journalism from Christ University, Bangalore and a certification from the Harvard Business School in Leadership skills. Romita has worked in the field of Mass Communication and Journalism for over 10 years and is currently working as a journalist at the Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication.
