Darian Harris

Darian Z. Harris is a legal and policy professional with extensive experience in government affairs and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Advantage Capital and InState Partners since April 2021, as well as a Senior Advisor at PayIt and an Advisor at both Polco and Merit, Darian has demonstrated expertise in strategic advisory capacities. Previous positions include a Government Affairs Legal Clerk/Extern at Troutman Pepper Strategies, legal internships at the Cobb County District Attorney's Office and under the Honorable Chief Judge Reuben M. Green, and various roles within government including a Summer Fellow for U.S. Senator David Perdue and a Legislative Aide in the Georgia State Senate. Darian holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Reinhardt University.
