ArunKumar M started working in 2015 as a Customer Service Associate at Cogent, where they handled customer services and provided outsourced customer services. In 2016, they became a Research Associate at DigiPact for a period of 8 months. Later in the same year, they joined Tracxn as a Senior Information Executive and worked there until December 2020. Recently, in 2021, they started working as a Data Operations Analyst at Instawork, a marketplace for businesses and talent seeking hourly workers.

ArunKumar M completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Anna University from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Manual Testing from QSpiders Software Testing Training Institute in March 2015, and in Android App Development & Programming from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2013.
