Debarshi Kar is the current Chief Technology Officer at Instawork. Prior to this, they held various advisory board positions at companies such as Pimes and Peekosa. Debarshi also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at GSN Games, a division of Sony. During their time there, they oversaw the growth of the company's gaming studios from dozens of US employees to 700+ worldwide employees. Debarshi also delivered platforms that drove $500M+ in yearly revenues and led technical due diligence and integration for multiple acquisitions totaling over $250M.

Debarshi Kar completed a Bachelors in Math & Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
