Hailey Smith

Hailey Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Hailey began their career in 2012 as a Marketing Assistant at Equinox before transitioning to a role as the Social Chair for Pi Beta Phi Sorority, where they planned and executed various chapter activities and ensured compliance with risk management policies.

In 2014, Hailey interned at AEG Live, working in premium seating sales and services for Los Angeles Lakers, Clippers, Kings, and Sparks. Hailey then joined the University of Colorado Boulder as a Ticketing and Group Sales Associate from 2014 to 2015.

Hailey's sports industry experience includes working as a Fan Service Sales Associate for the Los Angeles Kings from 2015 to 2016 and as an Event Sales Assistant and Event Sales Host for the Boston Red Sox from 2017 to 2018. Hailey also served as a Supervisor for Private Sales and Services Event Operations at the Chicago Cubs from 2019 to 2021.

More recently, Hailey has worked at lululemon since 2015, starting as a Key Leader and progressing to roles such as Guest Education Center Team Lead Digital Sales and Guest Education Center Educator, where they specialized in digital sales and customer education.

In 2021, Hailey joined Instawork as a Sales Development Representative, contributing their sales expertise to the company. Throughout their career, Hailey has gained experience in sales, event operations, customer service, and marketing.

Hailey Smith attended Palos Verdes High School from 2007 to 2011. Following high school, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from the University of Colorado at Boulder, studying there from 2011 to 2015. During their time at the University of Colorado, Hailey also had the opportunity to study Communication and Public Relations at Anglo-American University in Prague for a year in 2014.
