Eric Suro

Eric Suro has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Eric began their career in 2002 as a Field Sales/Marketing Representative for Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Denver and Seattle. In 2010, they moved to Lutron Electronics as a Marketing Manager, where they proposed and secured buy-in for an innovative entry strategy which gained the company rapid traction in a rapid-moving space. In 2012, they joined Ingersoll Rand as Director of Sales for the Vehicle Services division, where they drove sales and pivoted to eCommerce. In 2018, they were appointed Vice President of Sales for InterMetro Industries Corporation, where they led a team of over 75 territories across two divisions. In 2021, they joined the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware as an Advisory Board Member for Professional Selling and Sales Management. Lastly, in 2022, they joined Lehigh Valley LaunchBox as an Advisory Board Member.

Eric Suro obtained their MBA from Loyola University Maryland in 2008. Prior to this, they obtained their BSBA from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware in 2002, majoring in Marketing. In 2000, they also obtained a Certificate of Completion from the National Outdoor Leadership School in Leadership and Outdoor Education. Additionally, in July 2021, Eric obtained the Ahead of the Curve: Board Development Program certification from In Touch Networks.
