Heather Ferguson-Traynor

Heather Ferguson-Traynor is a dedicated education and training professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist and Development Coach at Instep since July 2022, Heather has previously held roles including Apprenticeship Tutor at Peach Training Solutions and Teacher of English and Head of House at Birkdale High School. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Psychology from BPP University, a PGCE with QTS in Secondary English from Edge Hill University, and a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from Lancaster University.
