Abhijeet Shinde

Abhijeet Shinde has a strong background in data engineering, with experience in various roles and companies. Abhijeet is currently working as a Sr. Data Engineer at Insticator, where they have built a data warehouse in Snowflake and data pipelines in Airflow from scratch. Abhijeet has also built pipelines to collect data from different sources such as Elastic Search, MySQL RDS, MongoDB, and various APIs including Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics. Abhijeet has also been a Sr. Data Engineer at RE/MAX for over 13 years, where they have led the migration of a data warehouse from MSSQL to Snowflake in a significantly shorter time than estimated. Abhijeet has automated over 40 ETL solutions, improving data wrangling efficiency and reducing time by 40%. Additionally, they have provided subject matter expertise in data pipeline development and played a role in setting strategy and standards during the data warehouse migration. Prior to this, Abhijeet worked as a Web and Database Developer at Extenprise, where they led the development of complex webpages and database objects and communicated with clients for requirement gathering. Abhijeet also has experience as a Software Developer at FDS Infotech, where they worked on time-critical financial online platforms and real-time trading information display systems.

Abhijeet Shinde completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Abhijeet further pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, from 2007 to 2009.
